Honesty is the best policy.

We look forward to your appointment as much as you do- but it's really important that you let us know:

1) If you are experiencing symptoms of any communicable illness (fever, chills, vomiting, cough, etc)

2) You have recently been exposed to COVID, flu, respiratory illness

3) You have tested positive for COVID-19 over the last two weeks (regardless of symptoms/vaccination status)

We promise to do the same to keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy

PLEASE NOTE:

We do ask for as much advanced notice as possible for cancellations due to any reason. Please view your Stylists page, or contact them directly around their individual cancellation and rebooking policies.

Masks are now (mostly) optional.

As per current State guidelines, masks are now optional at CHELSEA salon.

HOWEVER, some of our Stylists are still masking and/or asking their clients to wear masks.

(And don't worry if you forget to bring one: We have plenty of free masks available on site!)

If you would prefer to have your Stylist wear a mask, (or have any other safety measures you'd like us to take) to prevent the spread of illness during your visit please let us know!

Our TEAM is flexible and we are happy to accommodate all reasonable requests that help to make you feel more comfortable.

We are following the rules.

Our Stylists are all licensed through the Oregon Health and Licensing Agency, and are committed to the State requirements regarding Safety and Sanitation in the salon to help prevent the spread of all illness (including Covid-19)

If any of the guidelines or recommendations change at the Licensing/State level around how we conduct services in the salon we will make sure to make any changes needed and keep you up to date!
